Как вы уже наверное слышали, в понедельник вышел новый релиз Pet Shop Boys — Christmas EP. То есть никакой это конечно не EP, а макси-сингл, выпущенный одном формате. :-) Почему так сложно? Чтобы попасть в сингловый, а не альбомный чарт конечно же.

Ну так вот: на нынешний момент Christmas достиг вполне значительных успехов как в Великобритании, так и в Европе. На родине Нила и Криса диск, хотя по состоянию на вторник и занял малопочетное 22 место в сингловом чарте (DYSMC был вторым), но продался очень хорошо, как говорят на PSB Community лучше всех синглов дуэта за последние десять лет в первую неделю. А такая низкая позиция в чартах объясняется только лишь новогодний покупательским и исполнительским бумом.

В Дании и Швеции сингл занял второе место по скачиваемости в iTunes.
